Our group planning service aims to help groups have a seamless planning process and amazing experience! We work with our luxury hotel, resort, villa, and destination experience partners to craft a unique and luxurious experience for your entire group.

When booking a group vacation, you'll need invitees' names and dates of birth or ages (for business groups, these are not initially needed).  You'll need to determine which type of group booking is best for your group. We can assist with determining this.

Lastly, keep the following in mind:

• Groups of less than 10 rooms are only eligible for flex groups.

• Only contracted groups lock in room rates for 10 rooms or more.

• Over-sell/invite your groups to ensure you meet the group room requirements.

• Payment plans are available for groups booked 90 days or more from the departure date.
• Group payments are monthly on the same date for everyone.
